Job Overview

Select Water Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Project Manager TX to lead our construction projects in the Oil & Gas industry.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven project manager with excellent organizational skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience in managing large-scale construction projects from initiation to completion.

Main Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: Assist with planning, organizing, and directing operations related to ongoing construction projects of all sizes ($500,000 - $15,000,000+) in various business units ranging from pipelines, treatment facilities, risers, pump stations, saltwater disposal facilities, and associated infrastructure.
  • Team Leadership: Lead an interdepartmental team to complete assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Cost Analysis and Budgeting: Conduct cost analysis, estimating expected costs for projects, and prepares and implements budgets based on estimates.
  • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, reports identified risks to management, and provides recommendations for mitigation of risk.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors, communicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Certifications: PMP or PE certification is preferred.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of project management experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably with a background in pipeline and facility construction.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is competitive and commensurate with experience, including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, plus top-tier benefits such as medical, dental, vision coverage, life and disability insurance plans, paid vacation days, paid holidays, retirement and savings plan, and more.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The selected candidate will be required to work outdoors, subject to outside environmental conditions, and spend considerable time at field locations as required. Manual dexterity to operate specialized equipment is necessary, as well as the ability to individually lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime is required, but we offer a great work-life balance.
