The DelMonte Hotel Group is seeking an experienced and driven Hotel Housekeeping Professional to ensure a great guest and colleague experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized supply cart to optimize efficiency.
  • Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens with attention to detail.
  • Change linen and make beds to meet high standards of cleanliness.
  • Sweep, scrub, and mop floors to prevent accidents and maintain a healthy environment.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
  • Wash walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills to maintain the hotel's appearance.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms to prevent the spread of illnesses.
  • Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal area to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Vacuum rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies to prevent damage and extend their lifespan.
  • Move furniture, hang and remove drapes, and roll carpets as needed to accommodate guests' requests.
  • Replenish guest room supplies to ensure a comfortable stay.
  • Ensure lost and found articles are tagged and turned into management to maintain accountability.
  • Inspect room for maintenance needs and report deficiencies to prevent further damage.
Requirements:
  • A strong work ethic and drive to exceed expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up to 1 month related experience or training in housekeeping to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Solid organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills to multitask effectively.
