Job Overview

Raising Hope Inc is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personalized care services to clients residing in various communities across Rhode Island.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal care, companionship, and housekeeping services. A strong emphasis is placed on building trusting relationships with clients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare healthy meals, assist with medication management, and ensure a safe and clean living environment.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations, offer emotional support, and promote social interaction to combat loneliness.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have a current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), a warm and empathetic demeanor, and excellent communication skills. Bi-lingual Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply.
