Regional Delivery Coordinator

As a Delivery Driver for NAPA, you will play a key role in delivering parts to our customers while promoting our brand as an ambassador. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy driving, working independently, and engaging with customers face-to-face.
About the Role:
- Deliver parts to customers, developing strong relationships along the way.
- Pick up parts from vendors, ensure stockroom accuracy, and maintain inventory.
- Focused on safety while driving and delivering, serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during customer interactions.
- Maintain store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring vehicle cleanliness, and basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure).

- Loves working independently, enjoys driving safely, and engaging with customers directly.
- Takes pride in their work, focused on safety and reliability each day.

- Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What You'll Need:
- Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (eight feet) with a stool or ladder when necessary.
- Stamina to stand and walk for the entire work shift, lifting up to 60 lbs of merchandise.
- Able to handle cash transactions correctly and core/part returns appropriately.
- Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries/pickups made.
