We are seeking a skilled Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep to join our team at Fogo de Chão. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support through the preparation and presentation of our salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present all salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
  • Ensure the quality of all inventory and fresh produce meets the highest standards, including proper management of inventory levels and storage area.
  • Assist management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
  • Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.

Requirements:

  • Ability to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available for full-time, hourly Team Members.
