Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician I to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and upkeep of our properties to ensure they are safe and well-maintained for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and upkeep of properties, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
  • Assist with pool maintenance, landscaping, and other outdoor tasks as needed.
  • Operate a variety of equipment, including pressure washers, golf carts, and other tools.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks and projects.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, management, and other team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate a variety of equipment.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand written and verbal communications.
  • Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, and Fair Housing Laws.
