Dietary Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Aid to join our team at Premier Estates of Pawnee. As a Dietary Aid, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

• Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring that meals are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Help to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area, adhering to established policies and procedures.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning worktables and equipment, and washing and sanitizing utensils.
• Assist in setting up meal trays, food carts, and dining rooms, as well as delivering food carts and trays to designated areas.
• Perform dishwashing and cleaning procedures, ensuring that utensils and equipment are readily available for the next meal.
• Remove food trays from carts and dining rooms and take them to the dishwashing area.
• Prepare and deliver snacks and other food items as instructed.
