Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pooll Maintenance Specialist to provide top-notch pool cleaning services to our residential clients. This role involves completing daily pool routes, conducting chemical tests, ensuring proper water balance, and diagnosing and fixing pool equipment issues. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while working independently and managing time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily pool cleaning services for residential clients, including chemical testing and equipment maintenance.
  • Diagnose and repair pool equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities, including chemical balances and equipment repairs.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Pooll Maintenance Specialist, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • A valid Georgia driver's license.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in pool maintenance and equipment repair is preferred but not required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights.
Compensation Package

  • An estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $60,000 based on experience.
