Job Overview
Pediatric Respiratory Therapists play a vital role in the care and treatment of children at Phoenix Children's Hospital. As a Respiratory Care Specialist, you will be responsible for administering respiratory care to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities
• Safely perform various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures according to established standards and policies.
  Applies knowledge and understanding of the proper and safe use of all Respiratory Care interventions and related equipment.
  Troubleshoots interventions and equipment as it applies to various patient care situations.

• Interact with and explain care modalities to patients, families, and the healthcare team in an understandable manner based on individual diversity and learning styles.
  Introduces oneself to the family, patient, and healthcare team. Displays a positive customer relations attitude.

• Accurately and reliably interpret and communicate patient data.
  Consistently provides thorough patient clinical status reports to applicable members of the healthcare team using effective communication methods. Displays a level of inquiry and self-development.

Requirements
$83,500 - $113,000 per year
