HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at Aramark. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing support to our employees and management team in various HR-related matters.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers, clients, and coworkers.
• Assist in determining staffing needs and implement recruiting, hiring, and retention strategies.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and oversee employment tests as needed.
• Counsel employees on transfers, promotions, terminations, and work-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding human resources.
• Administer policies and procedures for a safe work environment.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct exit interviews and resolve complex benefit problems.
• Maintain compliance with all established systems and training programs.

• Recent college graduate with a degree in hospitality, customer service, food service, facilities, operations, or sales.
• Relevant coursework or work experience.
• Strong leadership, project management, and execution skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and professional communication skills.
• Dynamic working skills to handle change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
