As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care
  • Review resident records and monitor overall care to ensure compliance with standards
  • Address resident and family concerns in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Manage medical supplies and ensure the department is well-stocked
  • Represent the unit's interests with upper-level management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of long-term care experience
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in NYS
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
