About the Role

This position is responsible for performing a variety of radiographic, fluoroscopic, and specialized procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision, under the general direction of a radiologist and Radiology Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiographic, fluoroscopic, and specialized procedures with minimal supervision.
  • Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, including fluoroscopy and CT scanners.
  • Develop and process radiographic images, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and departmental efficiency.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a radiologic technologist required.
  • Skills in 4 modalities: Diagnostic Radiology, Surgery, and Fluoroscopy.
  • Must obtain Diagnostic CT Certification within six months from date of hire.
  • Understanding of sterile techniques and vasculature.
  • Ability to follow protocols and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience as a radiologic technologist preferred.
License/Certification
  • Must have ARRT CRT-California BLS certification (AHA-approved).
  • Fluoroscopy Certificate and Diagnostic CT Certificate (must be obtained within 6 months from date of hire).
  • IV certified.
