About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager to lead our customer insights team. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy that prioritizes customer-centric capabilities and delivers highly differentiated value to our customers.

You will work closely with our engineering and design teams to drive the design and development of new features and enhancements, leveraging the rapid advances in AI & LLMs. Your expertise in product management tooling and frameworks will be essential in ensuring successful product launches and alignment with business objectives.

We are looking for a proactive, curious, and independent individual with a passion for solving broader problems and advancing their craft. About You
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in Enterprise B2B SaaS
  • Proficient in product management tooling and familiar with frameworks and methodologies such as lean, JTBD, agile, and various prioritization techniques
  • Great understanding of technology and product architecture
  • Experience in working on complex collaborative products that are architected as modular and extensible platforms or at least have some aspects of a modern platform approach
  • Strong track record of delivering products with cross-functional teams to enterprise customers
  • Highly skilled in conducting user research and building empathy with customers
  • Experience with business intelligence and product analytics tools to measure the success of your team's efforts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to diverse audiences
  • Proactive, curious, and independent, with a passion for solving broader problems, advancing your craft, and driving company-wide impact
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching junior colleagues, as well as leading across the company through indirect influence
  • Educational background in computer science or related practice. A reputable tech industry-focused MBA is a strong plus
