We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Advanced Veterinary Medical Center. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients
- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Collaborate with veterinarians and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous veterinary experience preferred
