About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Market Manager Assistant at Skyline Enterprises. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales and inventory, and contributing to the development of our sales concept.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and optimize storage and display areas.
  • Support the store management team in leading by example, creating work schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality management initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, manage costs, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Commercial training or a comparable education, preferably in the food retail sector.
  • Proven experience as a store manager assistant or leadership role in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
