About the Role

This position requires a strong foundation in cardiac care, with a focus on transplant nursing. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing cardiac transplant procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to patients undergoing cardiac transplant procedures
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in cardiac transplant nursing
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • Current National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire
  • 1 year of nursing experience
