**Responsibilities**

* Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
* Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and delegate patient care responsibilities to staff as needed.
* Communicate patient information effectively with assigned staff and between shifts.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to minimize rehospitalizations and optimize patient outcomes.
