Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse - Home Health, you will be responsible for following a designated care plan, making home visits to clients, and performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, and treatments. You will also monitor clients' conditions, report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager, and accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Qualifications:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a current license in NJ, a minimum of one year of recent clinical experience, and prior home care experience. You should also have strong interpersonal skills, solid computer skills, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
