At Soar Autism Center, we're dedicated to revolutionizing the lives of children on the autism spectrum. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll play a vital role in our mission-driven care model, empowering these children to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the highest professional standards
  • Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles
  • Foster strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification
Qualifications:
  • Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program, with a bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification, with paid training provided by Soar Autism Center
  • Previous experience working with children and a genuine enjoyment of doing so
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
