Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently clean and disinfect all restroom areas, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and fixtures.
  • Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and sanitary items as necessary.
  • Ensure all restroom amenities are functioning properly and report any maintenance concerns.
  • Warmly greet guests and assist them as needed.
  • Handle guest inquiries or issues with professionalism and respect.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Identify and mitigate potential safety risks, such as wet floors or damaged fixtures, to prevent accidents.
  • Dispose of waste and used supplies in a sanitary manner.
  • Maintain a visually appealing and presentable restroom area at all times.
  • Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and uphold personal hygiene standards.
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to any emergencies or unusual occurrences in the restroom.
  • Keep track of restroom supply inventory and notify management of any shortages.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in custodial, hospitality, or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cleaning and sanitation methods is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical endurance and the ability to lift heavy items.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
