Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medication to patients under their care plan.
  • Perform treatments, as assigned per physician's orders, within the scope of practice.
  • Accurately report and record patient conditions and care, including signs and symptoms that may indicate a change.
  • Perform all duties under local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Computer knowledge.
  • Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must have an active Registered Nurse (RN) License.
