Key duties include welcoming and registering patients, verifying insurance details, scheduling appointments, managing phone inquiries, updating patient records, processing referrals, collecting payments, and preparing charts for consultations.

  • Handles incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Addresses and resolves patient inquiries and issues promptly through effective communication.

  • Provides constructive feedback to enhance service delivery.

  • Mastering practice software and registration tools to schedule tests, procedures, and referrals, while forwarding necessary documentation to appropriate departments.
Additional Information:

Preferred Qualifications: Completion of a medical terminology course or possession of a medical terminology certificate.
