- May fulfill receptionist duties by:
- Welcoming patients and ensuring they complete necessary forms and consents.
- Updating demographic and insurance information on all relevant forms and systems, notifying registration of any changes.
- Mastering practice software and registration tools to schedule tests, procedures, and referrals, while forwarding necessary documentation to appropriate departments.
Preferred Qualifications: Completion of a medical terminology course or possession of a medical terminology certificate.
