About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our client's dynamic IT team at Tech Tammina LLC. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of scalable, secure, and reliable Salesforce solutions that align with enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural design and system integration efforts for Salesforce platform solutions based on established requirements and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Provide expert-level technical guidance to the Salesforce development team, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Develop and present technical roadmaps, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of Salesforce systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design processes and workflows that leverage Salesforce's capabilities, driving business transformation.
  • Document system architecture, integration patterns, and standard operating procedures.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the Salesforce team.
  • Work closely with the Salesforce Manager and IT leadership to align solutions with overall enterprise architecture.
  • Act as a key liaison between IT and business teams, ensuring alignment on Salesforce implementation goals and milestones.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional IT experience, with at least 3+ years working in Salesforce development, including SOQL/SOSL, jQuery, APEX, Visualforce.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Lightning, APEX, and object-oriented application architectures.
  • Strong experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
  • Proven experience in leading architectural discussions and implementing Salesforce integration patterns, such as SOAP/REST web services, APIs, and middleware.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Expertise in security concepts, including authentication, SSL, SSO, and ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce Certifications are required (Administrator and Platform Developer I or II highly preferred).
  • Knowledge of mass data integration/handling tools (e.g., Informatica) is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
