Restaurant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at JRN. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Monitor and control restaurant expenses to ensure profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or hospitality preferred
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
