**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist the Restaurant General Manager in leading a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement
* Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
* Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

* 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
