Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned attorney to provide cross-functional commercial legal leadership and support. This includes driving enterprise contract negotiations, providing counsel to tech and marketing teams, leading privacy and cybersecurity efforts, managing commercial disputes, and advising on marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on enterprise-wide contracts, including SaaS, technology, supply chain, marketing, and consumer-facing technology matters.
  • Identify, address, and advise on data security, privacy, and intellectual property issues in a commercial context.
  • Evaluate legal, financial, and business risks associated with contracts, collaborating with insurance advisors and loss prevention teams.
  • Oversee the company's brand protection efforts as part of the overall global strategy.
  • Provide strategic support for high-impact marketing initiatives and supply chain management.

Requirements

  • A JD from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school.
  • 10+ years of relevant legal, business, and leadership experience, including time as a law firm attorney.
  • Strong breadth of legal knowledge and in-depth subject matter expertise in substantive areas, including contract drafting and negotiation.
  • In-house experience preferred, with people management and technology industry experience desired.

Pay Range: $221,085.00 - $300,035.00
