Job Description

Overview: Insight Pest Solutions LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Specialist to join our team. As a Pest Control Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting thorough inspections, and implementing effective pest control solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular interaction with customers to troubleshoot problems and communicate service details
  • Ability to work outdoors for most of the day, lift at least 50lbs, and crawl/kneel in tight spaces
  • Application of liquid treatments to soil, drilling, trenching, and basic cleanup after jobs
  • Data entry and documentation into mobile devices for services performed
  • Flexible scheduling to work Monday-Saturday during the summer season

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to read and understand simple documents regarding safety, regulatory, or protocol standards
  • Talent for solving practical problems and effective reasoning
  • Clean driving record, pass a background check, and pass a drug screen
