We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Facilitator to join our team at HD Supply. As a key member of our learning and development team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging instructor-led training programs that meet the needs of our associates.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and productivity of our associates.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training content that meets the needs of our business.
- Provide input on the learning content design, development, and enhancement process.
- Support the scheduling and logistics of instructor-led learning delivery opportunities.
- Identify key barriers and apply problem-solving skills to deal creatively with complex situations.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of learning facilitation experience, including advanced facilitation and classroom management skills and tools.
- Demonstrated experience with adult learning principles and curriculum design.
- Project management experience.
This role is located in a comfortable indoor area, with frequent opportunities to move about. Overnight travel may be required up to 20% of the time.
