About the Job: We are seeking a Senior Software Solutions Engineer to join our team at SW Complete in Columbia, Maryland. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development and will be responsible for designing and implementing secure software solutions for our clients in the US intelligence and defense communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure software solutions for clients in the US intelligence and defense communities.
  • Collaborate with our team of engineers to develop innovative solutions for best-in-class secure computing environments.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues related to software security.
  • Maintain technical documentation for software solutions.
  • Develop a familiarity with new tools and best practices in software security.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or another technical field.
  • 2-4 years professional software development experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • Experience writing, testing, and debugging software.
  • Experience with version control, issue tracking, and documentation tools.

Estimated Salary Range: Based on industry standards and the required skills, we estimate the salary range for this position to be between $120,000 and $160,000 per year.
