Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and charming shuttle driver/hotel attendant to join our team at Hansen Properties, Inc. Defunct. As a shuttle driver/hotel attendant, you will be responsible for welcoming guests to the hotel, escorting them to their accommodations, and assisting with luggage pick up and drop off.

You will also transport guests using the company shuttle passenger van, make sure all luggage is stored and labeled properly, and have full knowledge of all aspects and accommodations offered on the property.

Additionally, you will clean and maintain the main lobby, entrance space, and luggage trolleys, restock and maintain the Business Center and Lobby Spa Water, and set up Sunday Grab n' Go Continental Breakfast.

As a shuttle driver/hotel attendant, you will be required to attend and participate in all training sessions and team meetings, develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and follow instructions and adhere to all procedures and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must have successful results from a pre-employment background and drug test
  • Possess a basic knowledge of excellent service standards as well as etiquette
  • Available to work weekends, evening shifts, and major holidays
  • Mandatory compliance with all safety regulations, procedures, policies, and rules
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Arrives punctually in full uniform with a neat and professional appearance at all times
  • Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, carrying, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 50 pounds with assistance
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
