Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and charming shuttle driver/hotel attendant to join our team at Normandy Farm. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and bid farewell to guests in a cheerful manner
  • Escort guests to their accommodations and assist with luggage
  • Transport guests using the company shuttle passenger van
  • Ensure all luggage is stored and labeled properly
  • Have full knowledge of all aspects and accommodations offered on the property
  • Clean and maintain the main lobby, entrance space, and luggage trolleys
  • Restock and maintain the Business Center and Lobby Spa Water
  • Set up Sunday Grab n' Go Continental Breakfast
  • Assist the front desk as needed
  • Clean and lock up according to prescribed procedures
  • Attend and participate in all training sessions and team meetings
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
  • Follow instructions and adhere to all procedures and company policies
  • Notify and report any problems or concerns to management
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Available to work weekends, evening shifts, and major holidays
  • Mandatory compliance with all safety regulations, procedures, policies, and rules
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Arrives punctually in full uniform with a neat and professional appearance at all times
  • Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, carrying, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 50 pounds with assistance
Salary Description

$17.00 per hour
