Position Overview:
We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Lead Teachers to become integral members of our Abacus Family.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all state regulations and Abacus policies
- Design and execute engaging lesson plans
- Attend to and fulfill the needs of all children in your care
- Implement the established curriculum
- Document and monitor daily activities
- Record and assess developmental milestones
- Maintain open communication with parents
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Compliance with all State Requirements
