Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional service and support
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
