We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an Immunization Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for administering vaccinations to patients, assessing patient needs, and documenting service provided.
Key Responsibilities- Administer vaccinations to patients as prescribed by authorized prescribers
- Assess patient needs and develop plans for immunization
- Document service provided in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams
- Work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum two years of experience providing specialty nursing care
- At least three months' experience working in Home Health
