Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an Immunization Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering vaccinations to patients, ensuring accurate and complete clinical documentation, and communicating effectively with team members and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer vaccinations to patients as prescribed by authorized prescribers
  • Assess patients for immunization needs and document findings accurately
  • Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and caregivers
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license
  • Valid and current driver's license and evidence of automobile insurance
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum two years of experience providing specialty nursing care
  • At least three months' experience working in Home Health
