Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of participants in the New Hampshire Employment Program (NHEP) to identify barriers to employment and employment-related activities.
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to help individuals overcome these barriers and achieve their employment goals.
  • Collaborate with community resources and organizations to provide comprehensive support services to participants.
  • Monitor participant progress and make adjustments to plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human resources, administration, personnel management, or education.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in working with individuals and families, preferably in a social services or case management setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
