Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our team at Walmart Supercenter #3609. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our store, providing a great first and last impression for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the store, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
  • Assist with maintenance tasks, such as repairing equipment and reporting any issues to management.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
