Job Title: Medical Assistant - Dermatology

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at APDerm. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinicians in delivering high-quality dermatology services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of our clinicians.
  • Assist with preparing patients for appointments, including obtaining medical histories and vital signs.
  • Perform various clinical tasks, such as scribing, documenting patient information, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dermatology procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certified Dermatology Technician (CDT), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification preferred.
  • 1-3 years of dermatology experience or 2-6 years of clinical experience required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
