Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with supervisory skills to lead our Assistive Care team in the region. As a CHHA RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring that our staff provides exceptional service to clients and their families.

About the Role
  • Lead and motivate Bayada staff to provide outstanding care and support to patients.
  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Supervise and guide home health aides and other non-clinical staff in the homes.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and conduct competency training for staff.

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
