About the Role

The Paving Specialist will be responsible for rolling over freshly paved asphalt to smooth and compact the top surface. This individual must have a strong background in operating heavy equipment, including rollers, excavators, bulldozers, skid loaders, front-end loaders, motor graders, and other machinery.

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking professional with excellent safety skills, who can maintain level surfaces, grade slopes to specifications, remove material, and fill voids using plans and/or a surveyor as guidance.

The ideal candidate will start each workday with an inspection of tires, controls, fuel, and fluids to ensure reliable operation and participate in daily meetings with their supervisor and staff.

Additionally, they will store and clean machinery at its designated location, complete work reports, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

This is a competitive opportunity that offers a salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.
