Job Overview

NAPA's Automotive Counter Sales Trainee role is an ideal position for energetic individuals who have a passion for automotive parts and customer service. As a trainee, you will learn to deliver exceptional NAPA Know How service to our Wholesale customers and assist Retail Customers with their auto parts needs.

We need from you: Customer focus and high energy in our fast-paced stores. Key responsibilities include operating a cash register, navigating computer and paper catalog systems, and delivering customer care in a strong team environment.

What we look for: Strong Know How and experience of all things automotive, excellent verbal and written communication skills, motivation to train and learn, and ability to thrive in a busy retail environment. Additionally, a valid driver's license or reliable transportation is required. Prior experience in the retail industry, preferably in an automotive parts department, dealership, jobber, or retail establishment, is preferred. A high school diploma or GED is also necessary.

The estimated salary for this position is around $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. If you are passionate about delivering customer care and have a strong passion for automotive parts, this could be the ideal role for you.
