About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to spearhead our software projects and drive innovation in electronics design. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building on our proprietary dataset of over 10 million components, schematic symbols, and footprints, helping engineers design products like drones, electric cars, and VR headsets 10x faster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Roadmapping: Own the product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Versatile Leadership: Adapt to various roles to meet dynamic team needs, facilitating daily stand-ups and addressing project blockers.
  • Sprint Management: Lead weekly sprints, balance team needs, and employ data-driven strategies to optimize processes.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor progress, maintain project documentation, and deliver sprint reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Communication: Maintain alignment of project goals with company objectives, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Proactive Issue Resolution: Anticipate and resolve issues, optimizing processes and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Experienced: 5+ years in product management, preferably in tech or software engineering.
  • Educated: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Agile: Proficient in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Communicator: Skilled in discussing complex concepts with diverse audiences.
  • Technical & Data-Savvy: Hands-on problem-solver with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Detail-Oriented: High degree of attention to detail, resourcefulness, and judgment.
  • Startup Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced, product-oriented startup.
