- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in home-based medical care.
- Current, unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Current, unrestricted NP licensure in the state of practice.
- Completion of a Nurse Practitioner accredited program.
- Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
- 2+ years of clinical experience in primary care, home-based medical care, geriatrics, or palliative care.
