Job Summary:

Job Title: LPN, Occupational Health

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our Occupational Health team at Kaiser Permanente. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine and emergency care to patients in a fast-paced occupational health setting.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education to patients and clients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Washington and Oregon.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with electronic medical records and practice management systems.
  • Knowledge of occupational health regulations and standards.
  • Certification in a specialty area, such as wound care or IV therapy.
