We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. As an ICU nurse, you will work quickly, efficiently, independently, and meticulously to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
- Monitor and report patient status to physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- BSN degree preferred
- Current MO RN license or multistate RN license
- BLS certification required upon hire
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 90 days of hire
