About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Lee's Summit Medical Center. As a RN WEO ICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage critically ill patients, including those with cardiovascular, respiratory, and neurological conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health literacy and self-management.
Requirements:
- Current MO RN license or multistate RN license with ability to obtain MO RN license within 90 days.
- BLS certification upon hire and ACLS certification within 6 months.
- NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days and annually.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in critical care or a similar setting.
