Job Description

The Center Administrator plays a vital role in establishing the operational foundation for our centers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the center is clean, safe, and organized, and reporting any incidents or concerns as necessary.
  • Managing supplies, inventory, and maintenance tasks to maintain a smooth day-to-day operation.
  • Providing excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Collaborating with the Operations Director to ensure effective communication, scheduling, and record-keeping.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, minimum requirement.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and community members.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
