Job SummaryWe are seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide functional direction and leadership to the Hospitality Department, ensuring that we continue to provide exceptional patient care that aligns with our company's goals. This role will involve a combination of administrative tasks and working on the floor with patients.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor and train new staff members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Oversee the planning and prioritization of workflow within the Hospitality Department, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate the inventory of items within the facility, including bulk orders and restocking supplies.
- Participate in marketing events throughout the community to promote our services and build relationships with potential patients.
- Prioritize patient needs, answering questions and concerns, resolving issues, and running errands as needed.
- Engage with patients, visitors, and staff, providing a warm welcome and ensuring that everyone feels valued and respected.
- Current driver's license with no restrictions.
- Ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and physicians.
- Flexibility to meet scheduling demands of the department.
- Customer service experience, with a demonstrated ability to provide exceptional patient care in a high-volume, high-stress environment.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude, with a passion for Hospitality Health ER.
- Proven experience in leadership, with a track record of success in managing teams and achieving goals.
