Job Summary:
Concentra Medical Centers is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and recovery of patients. Your expertise will be essential in helping patients regain their physical function and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations and assessments of patients to identify areas of improvement
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and training to patients on proper care and use of supports and performance of exercise programs
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
