Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Roper St. Francis Healthcare. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment programs for patients with deficits in self-care, mobility, safety, range of motion, or strength.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to identify their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement treatment programs to restore function and prevent disability in patients with various conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a school of Physical Therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of South Carolina.
  • Ability to work well with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
